ORDER STATUS
Registered customers will be able to monitor the status of all the orders placed from their own account. Customers who made a purchase as guests can check the status of their order by completing this
Alternatively, customers can receive information on the status of their order by sending an email to info@lampadaribesanza.com
The e-mail must clearly indicate: the name and surname of who placed the order, the order number and date (all data will be communicated in the order confirmation e-mail).
ORDER CHANGE
Customers are reminded that, once the order has been placed, it cannot be modified. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.
